How much does it cost to add a property in our list?

It´s totally free. If we sell the property we receive a comission of the 5% of the total cost, whereas if it's for rental, we earn a month value. You also have the option to add a property for only one month, paying only $15 per month and you may expand it as long as you wish.
Tthere's also the option to add a property per month, payin only $15 each month you want to expose in the web site.

Where can I pay for the advertising of my property ?

You can pay at the Bancredito Bank at Guillermo Barrantes Salazar's account, with number 1-015-172-53 and yor name, specifying that is for a housingcr.com.

Do we work with lawyers?

Yes, we're working with a prestigious law firm in Costa Rica named Salazar y Asociados.
