It is limited by other two pure air and water farms and fue San Rafael river and Honda Creek along its NE and SE sides and crossed by El Bosque creek. There is also a lagoon with tilapia fish. Topographically range between 200 and 300 meters in elevation and from abrupt ground to flat and gently rounded hills ( Linda Vista Hill) in different parts and it has magnificent views of the Braulio Carrillo National Park forests and the Volcán Cacho Negro SW and NW and the Caribbean plains NE.

It is very rich in wood and river sand and stone for building infrastructure (houses, bridges, roads, etc.). It has a very good natural conditions to develop hydroelectric power for farm needs.
